Hello, welcome to Boundless Pathways. My name is Krista Rabidoux, the founder of this initiative.  I am a Coaching Professional, working with individuals and businesses from around the world to achieve their goals.

 

The essence of my coaching techniques are to facilitate growth by aiding you in identifying the core strengths and abilities you have.  In doing this anyone can overcome barriers and limiting beliefs with confidence. I specialize in co-creating plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve the desired goals.

In addition, I have a strong drive to assist organizational leaders in developing sustainable, efficient and functional teams.  In the world of ever changing needs, tools and landscapes, we must learn to adapt at a fast pace and be forward thinking.  I work with leaders to create an environment of trust and growth that allows a business to achieve sustainability and growth.
